About Georgia
With over 20 years as a REALTOR® in Idaho, Georgia has experience in residential, floor plan design,
subdivision development, marketing, and consulting.
With a heart for WCR, Georgia has served on various national committees and been a workshop facilitator
at National Mid-Year Convention. She was the charter President of the Southeast Idaho WCR Chapter,
President-Elect, President, and Governor of the Idaho State WCR Chapter.
Georgia is an NAR Director and serves on the IAR Executive Committee. In addition, she chaired the IAR
Communication Committee, served on the Strategic Planning Task Force, the Health Care Task Force and
was a state director.
Education is one of her passions. She writes and teaches real estate continuing education classes. She has
also taught pre-licensure classes, Rookie Realtor, and Core Classes. She holds a bachelor’s degree in
communication from BSU and a master’s degree in Public Health from ISU.
In her community, Georgia has been involved with the Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity,
Summer Music Series, the Salvation Army, and mentored at the Eastern Idaho Technical College. She has
been a participant with the Idaho Governor’s Cup providing scholarships to Idaho’s high school seniors.
She currently holds ABR, CRS, GRI, PMN and SRES designations and the At Home With Diversity Certification.
